Love my new couch and coffee table from Joybird. They came and set up the couch for me. What a white glove experience. My coffee table was delivered and the FedX guy brought it in and input it together. So sturdy and nice. Would buy from them again. And David was on point with all his help. Thanks again

We're very happy with our new sofa from Joybird! We liked being able to see what we were buying in-person and then customize the fabrics to our personal preference. Couch was delivered on-schedule about 5 weeks after we made the purchase. Yume was very friendly and spent a lot of time with us reviewing our various options. Delivery was a breeze too. Couldn't be happier with our decision!

The shopping experience was great! David McVey was the essence of helpful service. We bought two chairs, one with a matching ottoman. David gave us a conservative delivery estimate, which we were willing to wait for, but everything came earlier than we expected. The chairs did not disappoint! They fit the space perfectly and are exactly what we hoped they'd be. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience, and hope to be back again soon.

I love my Joybird purchases. Ernesto was so patient, helpful and thoughtful as he helped me design my living room. We worked together on two visits and for hours!! He was able to work with pieces I already owned and wanted and made the room so cozy and so pretty. It is truly a room for the whole family to enjoy. I am only sorry I don’t have more rooms to fill-Joybird had just what I wanted and the delivery was timely and smooth. Don’t miss the rug-it really ties everything together.

(I'm sitting in my comfy Joybird chair while I write this!) It was VERY helpful to be able to see and test out the furniture before ordering it. David McVey answered all of our questions and gave us all of the swatches we needed for color matching. Everything with ordering and delivery went better than expected and our order arrived earlier than promised. We definitely recommend working with David at the Joybird showroom in Seattle.

Great furniture, great people. We bought a big sectional for an oddly shaped space, and the modularity of their pieces was awesome. The quality of the build is top-notch and the color selections are seemingly endless. They estimated a build time of 6 weeks, and it was in the house in 5. The cushions were slightly firmer than the floor model, but we expect them to break in nicely and stay comfy for many years. Special recommendation for Ernesto Coronado at the downtown Seattle location… he has an incredible design eye, is an outstanding listener, and is the antithesis of the “pushy sales guy” typical of the industry. We might buy more furniture just to hang out with him some more. Cheers

Worth the wait! We absolutely love our new Joybird furniture! We decided on the Hughes sectional with bumper, ottoman and sleeper sofa in Milo French Blue. Ernesto at the Seattle store was super helpful, making it an easy purchase. Thank you Ernesto & Joybird!

I had the greatest experience and love my decisions! It is probably the fastest I have ever bought a couch and one of my best decisions! It’s so comfy and the fabric is amazing. I love most that it’s one long cushion and firm too! Can’t say enough good comments! :) My dog even found his cozy spot!

Great experience from start to finish with Joybird and their Seattle showroom! First I called and spoke with Ernesto over the phone, to confirm some details about store hours and certain sofa models that would be available for me to see in person. When I arrived later that day, Ernesto greeted me at the store and spent the next 2+ hours patiently answering all of my questions, showing me various sofa options throughout the showroom and clearly explaining how the delivery process works. I wound up ordering the Briar sleeper sofa in royale peacock velvet and it delivered a few weeks later, a bit earlier than expected, which was awesome. The color is gorgeous, the texture is so luxurious, and it's durable enough to handle my kids and dog. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this couch and truly wouldn't change a thing. Also Juan with the delivery service went absolutely above and beyond getting this incredibly heavy piece of furniture moved into my apartment via stairs. No small feat, he was amazing and so friendly and positive. Soooo happy with my sofa (and matching ottoman), the Seattle showroom experience with Ernesto and the other lovely, friendly staff I encountered there, and the quality delivery experience. LOVE!
